Management fee:

All fees are per month and are listed below in the checkbox form.

Term Period:

The minimum contract length is listed below in the checkbox section of the form.

1-month term services can be canceled with a 1-day notice period.3-Month term services can be canceled with a 30-day notice period.6 or 12-Month term services can be canceled 90 days before the next renewal period. If not canceled, services will automatically renew for an additional 6 or 12 months and the end of the previous term months.

Cancelation notice

Please notify the agency (preferably over email Info@MoreMassages.com) when you’d like to cancel marketing services. The cancelation period is calculated when the marketing team gets your cancellation message. Your last payment will be prorated to accurately reflect the number of management days used by the end of the agreement.

2) Payments

Payments will be made monthly based on the agreed start date.

Management fees can be made through enrolling in automatic payments with a credit card.

2.1) Late payments:

There is an additional $20 or 10% fee (whichever is greater) if payments are made late. This is only intended to help avoid late payments and can be waived by the agency if a regular payment pattern has been established.

2.2) Missed payments:

If you miss a payment, the agency holds the right to stop services immediately if appropriate. Management time can resume as per the previous schedule if a payment is made later.

2.3) 3rd-Party Phone Fees:

You will be responsible for all 3rd party phone fees minus and credit you may or may not have received at the beginning of the agreement (Example: $50 USD/month, without rollover). Usage is calculated based on your SMS sent, Phone number rentals, call minutes etc.

3) Liability & Responsibility:

The agency is executing marketing campaigns on behalf of the client as an independent contractor. While a good-faith effort must always be taken to minimize any potential damage, it is ultimately the client’s responsibility to account for all laws, rules, and wishes from the government, regulatory bodies, franchise shareholders, business partners, customers, and any other body that’s connected to the business.

3.1) Privacy:

Personal information from customer lists will not be shared with 3rd parties with the exception of popular digital marketing platforms such as Facebook or Google. The client is responsible for all agents who have or may obtain access to private information through regular communication with the agency.
